Your practice

The advanced swimmer generally trains with a club during dedicated time slots, under the instruction of a trainer and has long swimming sessions ranging between 2.5 and 5 km with the goal of improving their physical condition and their performance.They swim the 4 strokes, and are skilled at diving in, pullout and turning.With their club, they take part in competitions during the sporting season.
